SUMMER FACILITIES REQUEST
 
District Leaders, Principals and Vendors:
 
In an attempt to ensure that we capture ALL of the summer programs that will be provided to students, we are requesting that each department, school, or vendor follow the following procedures for securing a facility this summer. 


All sites must be approved by Capital Planning to ensure buildings are available and have proper energy and custodial support services allocated and provided.

All personnel requesting building usage must complete the Facilitron link.
All summer academic programs must complete the Facilitron and Summer Program Request links.

VENDORS will be required to complete the Summer Community Partner Application listed below. Once you have completed the Summer Community Partner Application, email it to summerschool@scsk12.org
